Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Simply log into your account to submit a return. Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a refund. Returns must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with manufacturer packaging to warrant a refund.

Refunds

Our returns department processes returns within 1 week of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items due to buyer's remorse. If the return is a result of a defect, damage in transit or a shipping error on our part your restocking fee is waived, and original shipping charges will be fully refunded.

You can expect a refund within 24-72 hours depending on your bank after your refund has been processed. A refund confirmation email will be sent detailing your refund for your convenience.

Exchange Policy

We do not do exchanges for different items for warranty purposes. Every purchase requires an invoice with the date of purchase for the manufacturer to honor their warranties. Please return the unused product within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price. If you have a color or style request, please contact us prior to ordering so we can check our inventory for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

    Please contact us immediately if you received a product that is damaged, has a manufacturer defect or if you received the wrong product. Please do not ship products back to us, we will provide shipping labels and replacements in a timely manner.

    Manufacturer Warranty

    Most products include a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

    Extended Holiday Return Policy

    Your return window will be extended for the Holidays. All items sold between October 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year.
